The National Palace of Culture, often referred to as NDK, is a prominent cultural and congress center located in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria. It is the largest, multi-functional conference and exhibition centre in south-eastern Europe. It was opened in 1981 in celebration of Bulgaria's 1300th anniversary.
